Protocol of Excellence
An evolving toolkit developed through two years of practical research: the protocol for collaboration between theatre groups, artists and participants with migrant background. It gathers methodologies and reflections for any European organisation working where theatre meets inclusion.
Extremities, the game
An original board game created within EX.TRE.M to spark dialogue among organisations and professionals working in inclusion and interculturalism. Set it up, play, and use it to open conversations — the full rules and facilitation notes come with the instructions.
Video toolkit
Educational and instructional videos produced across the project and screened at the multiplier events — short pieces documenting exercises, methods and the work with participants in each country, as a practical visual companion to the protocol.
Documentaries
Short documentaries filmed during the project, capturing the encounters, rehearsals and human stories behind the work across the partner countries.
